I'm a security executive with a background that doesn't quite fit a single line on a résumé — law, business, improv, and fifteen years of building and leading security programs.
That mix is the point. The hardest problems in security aren't technical; they're about getting people to move together when the stakes are real and the answers aren't obvious. My job is to help leaders see the actual risk, make the call, and keep the room moving.
Today I run Scale Security Group and coach founders and operators through the messy middle of getting it right.
